How it works

One trigger, three outcomes
The same inbox handles quotation requests, supplier invoices and complaints. A switch step routes each email to the right template, and anything unknown is filed for a person.
Structured data from free text
Company names, reference numbers, amounts, dates and line items are pulled out of the message, so the document is filled without retyping.
Built the way I build it in n8n
Each box is a node: trigger, code, switch, template and delivery. Here the analysis runs as rules in your browser; in production the classify step can be an AI model.
